We’re seeking a self-driven, highly organised individual with a creative eye and experience in the fashion industry to oversee social media management and content production, including the end-to-end planning of seasonal campaign and e-commerce photo shoots. The role reports to the E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager and has the support of a Social Media & Content Coordinator.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic planning of content needs for both brands in line with the Sales & Marketing calendars
Working closely with the Creative Director, Head of Sales, and the E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager on devising and producing brand creative
Managing end-to-end planning and execution of outsourced campaign photo shoots and in-house e-commerce shoots, including researching and preparing mood boards and briefs, sourcing and booking talent and creatives, managing schedules and call sheets, overseeing the shoot budget, and coordinating garment samples and catering
Managing on-set and post-production file handling and accurate distribution of campaign assets to internal teams and external partners, including overseeing compliance with image usage rights
Sourcing additional content as needed, including from influencers and other creators
Developing meaningful relationships with photographers, model agencies/bookers, HMUAs, influencers and content creators
Developing, evaluating and optimising social media and influencer outreach strategies for both brands that drive brand awareness, engagement and growth
Working closely with the Social Media Coordinator to plan and execute daily social media activity across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest, including copywriting
Analysing and reporting on social media performance, including influencer activity; identifying and actioning insights and opportunities for driving business growth
Identifying and executing brand collaboration and partnership opportunities
Staying abreast of industry-relevant trends, best practices, competitor activity and innovations in social media, content and influencer marketing
KEY SKILLS
At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including copywriting skills
A creative eye, basic graphic design skills and working knowledge of photo and video editing tools
High attention to detail and organisational and problem-solving skills
Solid understanding of, and active engagement with, relevant media and online channels/platforms
Strong relationship management skills and existing industry networks
